Arran Eating

Arran is famous for Viking raiders, Brodick Castle and its connections with Robert the Bruce. However, the island is also noted for its fine Scottish gourmet food.

As you’ll soon find, the Island offers many traditional Scottish ingredients such as Scottish Beef, Venison, Lamb, Pheasant, Grouse, Trout and Salmon, with its Restaurants and Hotels preparing these ingredients for both traditional Scottish cooking and modern recipes.
