Taste of Arran in The Park

The contemporary and elegant Park Hotel, Kilmarnock, based at Rugby Park, home of Kilmarnock F.C. have just launched their new Blues menu. Containing wonderful dishes created by Head Chef Eddie Fagan, locally sourced products feature prominently. Rare breed meats from Nethergate Farm and a wide range of fantastic products from the Isle of Arran including cheeses, oatcakes, chutneys and luxury dairy ice creams are the main stars.

Taste of Arran products are supplied to The Park Hotel through Braehead Foods based in Kilmarnock, Scotland who supply high quality game and speciality produce to delicatessens, pubs and restaurants across the UK.
Braehead Foods supply a variety of food outlets throughout Britain ranging from Michelin star, and rosette restaurants to local delicatessen, as well as all Scotland’s Michelin-starred chefs. Since 2003 they have been exporting wholesale game to USA, France, Germany, Italy and Belgium.
