This award winning young blue cheese has quickly established a reputation as one of the best British blues; winning ‘Best Scottish Cheese’ at the World Cheese Awards for 2 consecutive years (2017/18 and 2018/19). Similar in style to the French Bleu d’Auvergne, this is a young, mild and creamy cheese using pasteurised cow’s milk from the island’s dairy herd and vegetarian rennet.
